Fancy a long week-end, a short break or a fortnight`s holiday?

We have a warm and friendly guest house, right beside Mablethorpe`s beautiful beach with golden sands, beach huts, cafe and lovely Queens Park with a lake, boating, bowling, crazy golf, tennis courts, children's train and play land. We are only a short 2-minute walk along the promenade to the fun fair and to the shops, amusements, cafes and pubs and also the Dunes Entertainment Centre which regularly offers good shows. Golf is also available at Sandilands, nearby.

We also offer optional home-cooked evening meals if you choose.
